The property boasts stunning views of the Saronic Gulf and has five en-suite bedrooms, two lounges and two dining areas, a gym, office and swimming pool. The villa is also equipped with a help bedroom with an en suite bathroom. It is within close proximity of Glyfada, Vouliagmeni and the center of Voula.
The house was completed in 2004 and has an elevator for those who cannot climb too many stairs. Each of the five en-suite bedrooms has a double bed and its own balcony with views. The Master Bedroom also has a dressing room and Jacuzzi style bathtub and shower. The house can sleep 10 people, plus live-in personnel if necessary. There are also two double sleeper couches the one in the first-floor bedroom and the other in the office that could easily sleep another four persons.
