The villa, measuring 250 square meters, is spread across three floors: ground, first and second (loft).
The ground floor includes a well equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room, master bedroom with en suite facilities and jacuzzi as well as a WC and a laundry room.
On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms, one of which is a Suite with en suite facilities.
On the second floor, the loft, you will find 2 bedrooms with a common bathroom with bath jacuzzi. Four of the 5 bedrooms feature double beds and balconies or terraces overlooking the gardens and the pool. The fifth bedroom features 2 single beds.
The property offers secure parking for 4 cars within the grounds, a heated swimming pool, a heated outdoor jacuzzi and outdoor BBQ facilities as well as a shaded, outdoor dining area.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Baby cots and highchairs are available on request.
